hi im 13 and i cant pull back my foreskin hardly anyway back like a 1/4 when its on flop and even less when its erected , iv heard about this techinque called stretching how exactly do i do that ? how long will it take untill i can pull my foreskin al the way back?

also becuase i cant pull my foreskin all the way back i think im getting bell cheese how would i be able to clean that seeing as i cant pull my foreskin back all the way. i masturbate reguraly ( around once aday maybe twice somedays :-))
