Lately, I’ve been so into onions and chili peppers. I also started eating more and more fresh salads along my main course (whatever they were), so I thought of sharing a few.

Little radish salad with scallion

What you need is

30 little radish (I used less)
½ of scallion
2 spoons of olive oil
Apple vinegar
2 tablespoons of minced dill
2 tablespoons minced parsley


Slice little radish and add minced scallion, parsley, dill. Stir all the ingredients and add the olive oil and pour some apple vinegar and stir again. It smells and tastes GREAT! It’s very healthy!!!!


White radish with onions



2 white radish (I used one)
1 onion
2 tablespoons of apple vinegar
1 tablespoon of olive oil (or any other cold pressed oil)


Use the grater to cut the radish, slice onions into pieces, stir these two ingredients and pour some apple vinegar on it. Leave it like that for 15 minutes and then add some pepper and possibly cumin (but you can go without it too).
