I am a 15 year old boy with a 5.0 in penis when erect and i wear a penis ring regularly. is this normal?

5" is normal for a 15 year old and average for an adult, 5 - 5 1/2".
The penis ring is something you chose so yes, it's normal.
But I don't own a penis ring I use a makeshift one!
