Hi,
I'm new here and I have a question. To start, I'm a virgin.
I have beauty marks all over my body that are subdermal (under the skin), and the normal brownish color. They're just your average beauty mark, or mole.
A few months ago I noticed the same sort of mark on my vagina. It's not inside my vagina, its just inside the outter labia. I tried doing research on genital warts but all the pictures are of the most extreme cases, and all warts pictured are white and raised. This is definitely dark brown and under the skin, it looks identical to a "beauty mark" you would find on your arm.
Any ideas? I think its just a beauty mark, and nothing more. It does not itch or hurt, I just happened to notice it.
Thanks!!!

Hey! Just letting you know, if you didn't find out already, it's probably just a mole! Especially since you are a virgin. I have a mole down there also. Since my mom was a OBGYM nurse, when I was younger and first noticed it, I had her look at it. She said it's completely normal and a lot of gals have moles down there....especially if you have a lot of moles everywhere else. And trust me I do...you could play connect the dots on my arm and make a nice picture :-)

Yeah, I noticed something like that on my vagina in my early teens and when i told my mom she told me not to worry about it so i never did. I have always been a virgin until recently and the spot has always been there. My boyfriend said i should look into it just in case and i'm glad to know that other girls have it too. It was just always strange because it never bothered me and never changed it's appearance so i assumed a while ago that it's a birthmark or something. I was getting a little nervous looking online because all i could find were things about cancer and std's, however other girls descriptions of what it looked like or felt like were a little different from what i have. All it looks like is a discoloration of skin and it feels like the rest of my skin. If it hasn't bothered me by now, (i'm 19), i don't think there's anything to worry about. :-D
