Hey guys I'm new so you guys no sabacious gland that are little bumps on the side of ur penis that are very small yah I popped one and it got a little bigger and started to turn red and pink do I leave it alone or do I but neosporine and it will eventually go away

Treat it like any pimple. Wash it, keep it clean and dry. You can put neosporin on it.
Give it a few days and it should clear.
