UHH

Where to begin?. It's been nearly a year since i pretty much stop working out. Ever since my traumatic experience with weed brownies. Here is the link if you guy's want to read it. https://www.steadyhealth.com/Quit_smoking_marijuana_and_have_daily_anxiety_attacks_t214830.html?page=3#1131083

So the reason i stopped working out because a few times during a workout session(s) my limbs went completely numb, hands, legs, feet. I've been to my doctor(s) i was told that i was breathing incorrectly.  This one time after i finished a 5 mile run in a hot morning shortly after i got into my truck to head home, i had that attack, my legs, feet, hands went numb and shut like a fist. My face turned purple or blue i believe i was breathing heavily.

I was taken to the hospital where they checked me out, i was told there was nothing wrong with me blood wise.

where after an hour or so i return to normal and went home scared. This happened again but this time i was using the Xbox you're shape game or something other i forget the name of that. So i was doing cross boxing i think it involved squats and other activities that get your heart pumping very fast.  So after the work out i went to my kitchen to make a fruit drink where after maybe 10 minutes i noticed i was still breathing kinda fast or hard. I was standing trying to return to normal breathing when it that attack hit me again.

So, I've noticed that this would only happen after an intense workout i suppose. But before my whole encounter with the weed brownies i had never had this problem before ever.  So even though my panic attacks have stopped, i assume i still get anxiety attacks or are the two still the same?. Or at the very least the symptoms of it. I mean i don't think my body is ever going to forget this feeling.

Now that i'm reading this whole story i just wrote down, i'm not sure where i'm going with this. I guess my question is how come our hearts pump hard when we are out of shape and make us feel like c**p.  And has any one other than me experience this numbing attack.?
