i have one ovary and i wanna have a baby how do i find out when i am most fertile
Hello. Having only one ovary does not change how to figure out when you are most fertile. You can use opks or chart your cycle checking your basal body temperature. You can also keep track of your cervical mucus. We are supposed to be most fertile when it looks and feels like egg whites. I have one ovary and haven't been successful with conceiving YET, (I'm very determined) but I have a lot of friends who have conceived with only one ovary. GOOD LUCK!!!
