While in the shower use a washcloth with fragrance free soap like Dove for sensitive skin and lightly exfoliate your skin. Pat dry and apply a salicylic acid product such as Clean and Clear or Neutrogena gel made for clearing acne or blemishes. The acid works to kill the bacteria underneath the skin ans to exoliate it too. You should be clear soon. And remember to always exfoliate before shaving and to shave with the hair growth not against. Good luck.
