I would think that this would be a question that the doctor needs to answer. However, If the uterus was to move back into normal position, I would think that natural birth could be possible. My fiance has an inverted uterus and has had a son, and is now pregnant again. Also, her mother has an inverted uterus and gave natural birth to three children.
