Going through puberty and having much pain in breasts. When I press them I feel 2 round circles

Im experiencing PUBERTY NOW!!! and i need help!!.

When i press or touch them they hurt!! they are painful :( when i compress them with my finger something pokes it like a needle being inserted into them and i feel 2 round circles when i feel them!!!

Guyz i needz answerz!!! 

is this normal?

should i see a doctor?

is it puberty?

Im 16 turned 17?
