I did fissure on july 22, but i had pain in my right butt, the doctors where i did the operation were unable to diagnose correctly, then i later consult with a medical college professor(Retd), he thought that there is a small abscess is seen in your right side of the anus hole, you can't take any surgery now, if done u will get only 50% of success rate, if we allow that tumour like structure to come out we can do the surgery and it is 100%... he added that we can't expect when it comes, it may come whenever, but i am having my life's first job in september 2nd week, now i am worrying about the thing, he gave me some heavy antibiotics and some pain killer for 5 days, but i am faint that after that i could get puss in my back again and cause pain in my right butt...

Any one please suggest me some tips to get recover and things to do further..
