I've done quite a few research on this topic and this just caused by a mixture of friction (sex and masturbation), age, and genetics. It's very normal. As to how to fix it. I have seen penile rejuvenation with injections that "fill" the small crevaces in the penis head to make it appear smooth. Ask these questions to a dermatologist because I am not too familiar with the price or process of this procedure
