I have had long curly hair for 15years, sometimes a hair finds it way under my foreskin, when blood rushes to muh penis it gets painful because the curly hair gets coiled around the flacid penis which is then filled like a balloon.

Ok these little things under all our penises, is possibly sexual thoughts and when you get them and you erect, then they get there over time...I hope that helped :)
