So this is awkward, my partner and I were intimate...anal play was involved...my partner felt with her fingers in my anus...a tiny tiny lump (described as tiny seed) which felt like it was connected to a loose thread..that was about three weeks ago...I've never had any issues...but this week had some minor constipation which I contributed to a new supplement...just wondering if this is cause for concern...I do have a colonoscopy booked (regular checkup due to my age) but not until this coming October... .
Hi, Muscled1.
Yes, this could be a cause for concern. Possible causes of growth in the anus and constipation could include hemorrhoids, an abscess, rectal polyps, or even a tumor. Treatment will depend on the underlying cause. It is important to speak with your doctor about any changes or symptoms that you are experiencing. It would be best to urge your check-up.
Do you have any other symptoms or problems?
if you are experiencing constipation, there are a number of dietary and lifestyle changes that can help. These include increasing your fiber and water intake, exercising regularly, and avoiding certain foods that can lead to constipation - refined grains (white bread, white rice, etc.), processed foods (cookies, chips, etc.), dairy products (cheese, yogurt, etc.), red meat, fried foods, caffeinated beverages, (coffee, tea, etc.), alcohol, chocolate, bananas, nuts and seeds.
Have you got checked your lump? Is it itchy?
