If you mean that you had sex once since your last period on about June 13th, then it was not likely to have been a fertile time. I used the term 'sexual activity' because sperm can get into our vagina in other ways than just sexual intercourse - manually, for example.
If you are late, it could be any number of days late. You could even miss a period. However, if June 13th was the last time you had any sexual activity (whereby there was opportunity for sperm to enter your vagina), then a test taken now should be accurate.
well we had sex multiply times after my period, I just don't remember the days, but I did take a Pregancy test and it was negative though .

Well, it depends when you took the test. If you have a late period, it is probably because you ovulated late. Therefore your fertility window will have been later. 21 days after last sex is a robust time to test.
There are all sorts of reasons for cramping but no period. It may be that the period is coming late, it may be an early sign of pregnancy, or it may be a symptom of ovulation (amongst others).
I took the test this morning and it was negative, so idk if I did it to early, but I guess all I can do now is wait ugh lol
The likelihood is that you are not pregnant if your cycle is as regular as you say. The negative test result would likely be reliable. However, the possibility of pregnancy cannot be dismissed as you have had frequent sex, and you may have ovulated late. Withdrawal is a notoriously unsafe method of birth control, though practised by so many. All you can do is wait a few more days. I hope to hear soon that your period started.

A week since sex would be too early for a test, and 5 days before a period is due is not likely to be a fertile time. But if your last period started 8 July and the next was due 31 July, then it suggests a cycle of only 23 days. Is that usual?
I mis wrote my last period was July 3rd and has of tiday still no period mild cramps and headache I feel like it's coming but nothing
It may be late. Perhaps stress has caused a delay, but was July 26th the only day you had sex?
