So I came searching for an answer on this as I have been struggling with it for so long. I have them all over my boobs but I’m lucky I have blonde hair. Exactly what your ladies are explaining, cluster of hairs that come out with a clump of solid white stuff that somewhat resemble a blackhead, but mine seem to be on the surface and can mostly be tweezed out painlessly, definitely not ingrown hairs. After reading through a few of you have mentioned you think it’s related to autoimmune diseases alopecia etc, and I have psoriasis which is also an autoimmune disease. I think these are linked to autoimmune diseases, seems there is no official medical knowledge on this that I can find.
