Dear Guest, You are doing me and the other sufferers a disservive when you diagnose. These are NOT blackheads. My hard black pores bleed profusely, then I lose muscle mass in that area. I am at my wits end. My dermatologist is stumped, also. And your 'embarrassment' is just a sign of your ignorance. Do not diagnose until you get a degree in medicine.

Do NOT put lemon juice on your face. EVER! It can seriously burn you, especially with sun exposure.

Hello, I will go to a doctor in the next 2 days, but im scared that he will do something( push the injury or like open it), So basically idk what its called in english, Theres like a pimple that grew on my foot (the side that touches the land) so, It wasn't hurting me at all, but it annoyed me it made my foot look so ugly, So i started like picking it up, until it kinda got small, but it was going to hurt me if i pick any deeper, after 5 days, I come back to check it, and it grew a black/reddish liquid under it, ( i could see it from a transparent looking skin) so i was so scared i pushed it a bit by accident, it like squished out stuff (like a pimple) but instead of it being white, it was black/reddish , i was so scared, I keept taking it out, Then when i reached to a certain level, It started to like electrifiy/shock me each time i try to pop it out more, So i just stopped. My question is, When i go to the doctor will he open it (with a scalp) or push on it ? or just put some cream on it? cuz i seriously am scared of him pushing it, cuz when i touched it it shocked me so hardly, and i dont want him to push as strongly as he can. Thanks for reading! and sorry for my bad english.

I had one of these and I cut it open and it just looked like a bunch of dead skin. I don't think it's much to be worried about.

I have these on my legs. I just picked about 6-7 out, they had been there for a while. When I first noticed them I picked but they didn't come out, this was about 5-6 months ago and I had forgotten about them. I just got them out with ease, it didn't even hurt. Idk if I'll have a way to seek professional help. Are there any home remedies? Please someone help.

Dude I got these all the time and I found out it's actually a type of cyst. These type of cysts start off as pimples but once they're popped they turn into cysts. I got mine removed at a dermatologists office but have them take a look and see what it is. It's like a hard black ball that comes out and it looks purple under the skin, super gross but yeah

No it's not just a black head. These sores usually have a slit with dark red or black really hard balls that roll out of them. Occasionally there will be a yellowish white one with the texture of a piece of wood. Mine is Hospital acquired staph that I became infected with after a heart ablation and a loop recorder procedure in a heart cath lab. 2 1/2 yrs. ago. It started out as one sore next to my nose and a huge sore in my eyebrow which oozed pus. My Dr. placed me on antiobiotics and it went away. Ive had chronic ear infections the whole time as well and have a perforated ear drum with incessantly rings non stop.Every 6 to 12 weeks it has spread and gotten worse. Im permanently scarred. The last infection 2 weeks ago, I had these deep sores on my shoulders, back, neck, face, chest, and one on my butt. In 2 areas I had scalded skin...This time the sores on my back are very painful and the pain is deep into the tissue. The only relief comes from rolling the cores out of them. (The black and red hard balls that you claim are blackheads) they were pushing on my spine and causing debilitating pain. It has been mrsa this whole time. I have a sore in my nose this time that is excruciating. After I pick the sore out, tons of those red and black hard things are everywhere in my nose. Ohio States Dept. Of infectious Disease is trying to build up my immune system and regulate vitamins I am deficient in. This can be a nightmare and is so frusrating. People shouldnt come on here and be so abrasive towards others and assume that people don't know a black head from something else. Its frustrating enough to have Dr.'s act like its nothing let alone be belittled and degraded on here. Save whatever you get out of the sores. If you roll your finger across the sore the cores will roll out. If theyre deep and very sore, if you have chills or a fever. If you get headaches and neck pain or feel very sick and lethargic go to the e.r. due to the high risk of sepsis. Be vigilant about your healthcare...
