I got the same thing on my arm! However, when I pop it lots of black dots come out that are all the size of half a grain of rice. After I pop it and the black dots, "rice grains" come out my arm gets numb and feels lighter. It has been freaking me out and I have no idea as what to do.

Sounds like a keratosis plug to me. Witchazel or 2% Salacylic Acid may help. It is a result of overproduction of keratin in your skin. It is a blocked hair follicle.

I know this post is old but I've had the same thing and the doctor has diagnosed follucalitis it'd ingrowing hair follicles he said not to pick at them as it makes them worse he's given me a course of antibiotics some other tablets

What is this? Is my body being invaded by some type of insect? I have white dry flaky type bulbs that when you pop them like it was a pimple a white core appears then it will bleed. This is only on my back. What could this be?
