hard bump in the pelvic area...just noticed it yeaterday and it hurts to touch or bump or to put pressure on it but otherwise it doesnt hurt...im thinking it may be a cyst but i dont know...can some one help me...

I'm a boy but it might be a period? Probably figured it out already (or you are dead).
