Hi, I'm 21 and I have been to physio once they said that i need to see a foot person because I have problems with my knees and feet. but now I am geeting a tight feeling around my thigh as if someone is squeezing it... does any one know what they could be its always up my side and back too. I know the physio said that I have damaged my neves from my neck to feet but would this be linked??

try visiting swimming pools that are heated, and do low impact type exercise ie. stationary bike.  its always important to eat the right foods and drink plenty of water.  as far as the nerves go, when they become agitated they cause muscles to spasm, I know because i have the same issues.
find a correct pair of shoes that match you type of feet.  hope any of this helps
