Hi. I have a hard, painless lump in my right nostril. It's way down at the bottom, on the downward facing wall. Some of it feels like it's in my cartilage. Does anyone know what it could be?
I've currently got a sinus infection.
Ok I dont have a sinus infection but I think I have the same cartilage-like extension within my nostril... Some answers here may help
