hi i have had these white seed things under skin on penis shaft, had them for about 1-2 months now,they didnt hurt for past 2-3 weeks, now they turned red like cheesy puss came out of them, i got the first one just a day after sex, now i got 3. 1 of them is nealy away the others are still there, its like a seed when i feel the spot can you please help me im worred, i think its an STD

i went to doctor they said its naffin and give me cream to put on 2 times a day but they are still there after 2 weeks of using cream, im scared idk wat to do
