has any of the women here had urethritis that comes and goes in the same day?

, Urethritis that comes and goes in same day, anyone had this, only one more day of antibiotics left , was much better this morning but now this evening suddenly all the burning come back after weeing again. Im 68 and had this twice in space of  6 weeks. So uncomfortable and burning when not going to wee as well just sitting hear.   Throbbing for about 1/2 hr after going as well. Strange thing im experiencing a feeling of pressure in the rectum too, alternating between urethra and rectum or lower bowel like nerve endings really on edge in both areas. Im wondering prolapse but surely this wouldn't come and go ?  Feels like someones  pushing a hot needle into my opening of my urethra.  Help please!
