Hi everyone,

I have a few questions. Has anyone in here been successful on an exchange diet program? What is this diet program about anyway?

Today, I was in the bus station, and I have heard two ladies talking about this diet. They were talking how this diet is successful and how great it is. They were telling that this diet has a lot of positive sides. But, to be honest with all of you, that was the first time that I have heard about it. 

So, I don't have an idea about it.  Anyone in here doing it right now?

Are there some tips, some menu plan?

What it the main point of this diet?

Any suggestions?

Hi everyone,

my friend’s daughter had weight issues since she was a little baby. After a few years, they told her that she has diabetes, and that she need to respect certain menu rules. She went to see her doctor, and he told to her that she needs to change her menu plan completely, if she wants to be healthy. He suggested to her to follow this exchange diet program. She went to the nutritionist and he gave her list of the food that she needs to eat.

After a few years, she is still on this diet program, and she told me that is very successful. She lost a lot of pounds, and the most important thing - she is really healthy.

Each meal plan at this diet program has one day's food intake using this food exchange system. The main point of this diet is to eat almost every healthy food, such as vegetables, grains, fruits. So, diabetic really should follow this special diet.
