Looks like some old posts on here. I did the plan myself and lost 35 pounds in 8 weeks. I was blown away. Had been exercising and eating "healthy" before and lost 9 pounds in 4 months. This was awesome to get such quick results! I didn't cheat. Food and the supplements you have to take add up to like $13 to $15 a day, and then yes you have to buy your proteins for dinner, lettuce and vegetables from the store. I have a coach online, and they told me i can use fresh, frozen, even canned veg and still be on program. Perfect! saves me a ton of money and time. I live in South Carolina, so I am doing ITG plan online. Love it!!

I started at 220, I'm 5'10". Within the first 8 weeks I had already lost 32 pounds. I was blown away because I didn't exercise. Prior to this, i exercised a lot and ate "properly" (what I thought was healthy) and I had only lost 9 pounds in 6 months. To lose this much by listening to my coach and following the program was just awesome to me. I even lost 11.5 the first week. After that about 3 a week. I kept reaching my goals and I literally have a 6 pack now! I'm sure they would say that's not typical and I had muscle to start with but I lost 70 pounds total on this program. Love ITG!

I like this diet because it's keto, but it's different than all that info out there. I tried listening to advice I read online and realized wait... these are not all professionals and why is everyone's idea different about a keto diet? This one worked. I lost a bit doing my own thing but hit a wall after a while and ITG taught me what I needed to do to cross that barrier. I am so glad I could do that, it felt impossible for a long time and I was getting frustrated! I LOVE IT TOO!!!

I just started the ITG diet 2 weeks ago and lost 7lbs. my first week and 4 this week. I felt a little sluggish the 2nd and 3rd days, but then into the 2nd week, I felt great. I had done Ideal Protein years ago but didn't phase off correctly so, unfortunately, I gained the weight back. I'm digging the foods so far. Their bars are delicious and I haven't felt hungry. Although some people may do better with a weekly weigh-in for accountability, I like the online support so far and being able to see all my data for my losses and food diary online. Cost-wise I'm definitely saving money by not eating take out food. So far so good!
