When I pull my fore skin back the skin isn't all attached to the bellend there are like holes and you can actually the the proper muscel in my penis:(
There is no muscle in your penis. It sounds like you may have skin attachments between your foreskin and the glans. What you see under there is the inner foreskin on the shaft that shoud be exposed completely when you pull it back.
