I've just recently had this problem for 2 weeks. I found out it was because a bad sleeping problem - I used to roll half of my pillow underneath itself, and then sleep with my neck bent to one side (the side where the pain swells and headache starts). I then made sure to sleep evenly and stretch out/message my neck throughout the day, as well as muscles near and around my neck evenly - top of the back and lower back is good too. After a while, I was relaxed enough where I could slowly and gently crack my neck like a cyropractor would (only do this after you have stretched and relaxed yourself). All these things I'm combination helped me eliminate the "sex headaches" (my case during masturbating). If anything, I find stretching out is something I almost never do, and is very benificial in any body function - gonna try and make it a routine thing. Hope this helps forum!

It's crazy because I'm not a woman, I'm a male and got a headache before and after i was done. Went and got blood work done and a ct scan which all came back normal. I too am having these symptoms however it is not due to heat and I do have bumps on the inside is my legs but that could be razor bumps due to the fact that I am female. I believe that the headache is your pulse. ( very very strong ) however, I have not seen a doctor yet but do tell your parents. I did some research and found somethings that say you should get a cat scan especially I this occurs during sex which you ussually tend to breath more in.
