Why would someone feel cold all the time?
Several possible causes...
Poor circulation...
Poor nutrion...
or diabetes.
(And there are situational causes as obvious as.... sitting in front of the air conditioning... sleeping with the window open....)
Anyone else got some medical ideas for him, while we ask him for more information concerning this? 8-|

Other things include:
Anemia, low blood pressure, anorexia etc.
How long has it been? Just recently, or have you been cold for years. If it's just recently it may be the first signs of a cold or flu.

Anxiety. I'd chip that in because when I had pretty serious GAD I also had bad circulation. I don't know why to this day but that's how it went! Let us know why okay?
