I'm 14, 5'1", and weigh 111 pounds. I exercise a lot. I am a competitive
swimmer. I train 5 days a week for 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours (Monday,
Wednesday, Friday 2.5 hours). I also weight lift. This is how much I
lift: Curls-10 pounds, Finishes-10 pounds, Lat pull- 80 pounds, Leg
extensions (quads)- 95 pounds, Leg curls (Hams)- 50 pounds, Calf raises-
175 pounds, and Abdominal crunch- 60 pounds. I lift twice a week for
about 45 minutes. I DON'T GET IT??? I am really fat, and I'm not talking
about muscle but fat!. I have so much FAT!! My measurements are-
Bust: 34 inches
Waist:26 inches
Hips- 34-35? inches
Upper thigh: 21
Middle thigh: 18
Lower thigh: 14
My body fat percentage is really high WTH (20%)??? I mean I eat pretty well. Why am I so fat? Also I don't slop my swim practices I work hard. How do I lose weight? like 5 pounds??

Hello, well if you exercise often and everything than your problem has to be with how your body processes fat. Which means you can solve your problem with a diet. I dont mean like a regular diet to lose weight but the other one where you change what you eat. You could try changing completely what you eat. Do not restrict your self but just change it. Eat a lot of fruits(pineapple is good for burning fat) and veggies. I think when you change what you eat that your fat will be gone. Stay away from junk food and foods that have a lot of fat. Start eating healthy and with your exercises you will lose your fat in no time. Hope this helps
