Well, you can’t push them back with your fingers if that’s what you had in mind but there’s a procedure called stapled hemorrhoidectomy that is used for prolapsed internal hemorrhoids.

A special device is used in this procedure and this device takes the prolapsed tissue, removes it and staples the hemorrhoidal tissue that was left. Then these “leftovers” just go back into their normal position after it. It is said that this procedure is better to others because it is less painful and causes little bleeding and you can go back to your activities sooner than with other conventional procedures.

Anyway, I would always ask for doctor’s advise on such matters because they can see the hemorrhoid and determine which procedure would be best.
