While anxiety and insomnia are nothing new to me, I do find that the lack of sleep is getting to me more and more. Besides, I feel totally ready for treatment now, and am working on the causes behind the anxiety and insomnia. There have got to be herbs that I can take to help me with anxiety and insomnia, and treat the symptoms while the underlying causes are dealt with in therapy. Can you help?
Does anxiety cause insomnia? What is the best way to stop it?
