My back has never been my strong point and looking back, I have really had back pain since I was a teenager. I am a normally active adult, with a normal body size. I don't do sports but I do walk to work every day. I am fed up with the constant back pain. Are there any herbs that I could take for this?
My advice is not to turn to herbs, although there are some herbs that might temporarily improve your back pain. I think that you have an ongoing, long term problem and that your spine might be in need of adjustment. Chiropractors might make a world of difference to your back.
