I am a 39 yr old male and about two yrs ago I started having pain and swelling in my testicals. Living in a community of less than 5000 people in the county medical treatment is mostly a myth basically we've got an ER with a helicopter pad. Decent medical treatment is 3 hour's minimum. So when you say two years in complete show that is why. Anyhow in 2016 March 23 I went through bilateral inguinial hernia Sergey here in our little hospital because it was explained to me that this was an simple procedure preformed all the time never was I told the seriousness of the surgery. I had the swelling before but now it's ten times worse most days I can barly function spending most of the time on my back. If I squeeze my scrotum around my testicals they are huge and I can't feel them through the hard capsule that has formed around each one. Almost daily I have to spend time pushing my testicals down gently to get them back in the sac. This is painfull. The post operative notes say the surgeon was trying to as per ate a sac of fluid around my testis but it is not able to as it has turned into a solid gel like stuff so they just closed me up with scars as much as 2 inches in length and a mesh plug and a mesh patch put in place and stiched in causing a brutal amount of scar tissue. Basically I hurt all the time and still don't know what the problem is. Now I have re herniated I need a new surgery and am hoping to find someone who can give me some advice on what to do. I haven't been able to work since the beginning so I only have partnership Obama care state insurance it's taken me and my primary physician five months for them to OK a urologist. What should I be expecting long term problems or is it normal to have this with hernia repair surgery? Are they going to need to remove everything that was just put in? I think so because who uses this mesh stuff? They call there instruments things like army sutures and hernia repair kit Mabel Vietnam leftovers?
