Hip joint replacement surgery 2 years ago and still has enlarged testicles and erectile difficulties

Hip joint replacement surgery very successful but had very enlarged testicles directly after. Two years late the testicles are still quite unnaturally enlarged and there is still erectile difficulty. There is no erection for weeks. This male is only 65 years of age. No difficulty before this surgery.
