hello. I just recently tried a new exercise for the abs called in and outs. you sit on the floor and move your legs in and out without touching them to the ground. After the first try i realized my hip join to my right leg would not move unless i forced it with incredible pain. It feels like a nerve is stuck inside my joint. I played football this past year ( i am 17) and feel like i shouldnt have these types of problems so early on in life. What could this be? Also, the pain is consistant now and i cant lift my leg up in my chair without shooting pains.
