I just want to say that you should not eat less than you feel you need like some people say. Eat until you are full! But you need to eat a lot less meat, fat products, and sugar products, and replace them with lots of vegetables, fruits, and natural whole grains. You need to understand that eating less won't do anything, it's about what you eat. Try going vegetarian, you will lose weight really quickly, surprisingly so.

But changing your diet isn't enough. You need to get exercise regularly as well; 1 and 1/2 hours of exercise every day. Rather than just going for a run every day, walk more places (driving less), and try to ride your bikye everywhere. Also, join some sort of daily or at the very least tri-weekly intense exercise program, like dance classes (as someone else mentioned), karate, a sport, yoga, etc.

I'm 11 and around 5'3 I weigh about 90 you guys should stop worrying about being fat... I mean really... I have "muscle" but I don't mind. I'm healthy weight and it doesn't matter. Be who u r don't worry about how u look!!!!

I have the same problem as you. I'm 12 years old and I weigh 140 lb. What I recently started doing is eating less and in the morning before I eat I do 100 jumping jacks. That is what I'm doing so far. I hoped that helped. :-)

i am 12 also but i am a guy around the height of 5'4 or 5'5 i weigh 145 pounds and i hate it all my friends i feel try to avoid me i have friends that are on the more popular side of my school and i just hate it when they say they cant hang out then because they are busy then i find out they just dont wanna be around someone like me i cant STAND IT!

I have the same problem but don't run away from it,fight it try working out and eating right for 1 month and see where that takes you

To all the people who need help to loose wight, YOU CAN EAT ANYTHING!!!! You can eat anything you want but you have to burn it off by exercise. Every time when i eat junk, i burn it by running, walking, riding a bike, or even playing Just Dance on the Wii! :) Don't eat junk all the time, obviously its not healthy for you. Eat veggies and drink A LOT of water, i drink like 10 gallons a day! Good luck and I hope this helps!! :)

ME TO!! I have been going to the gym at my local complex for about 5 months and I haven't seen a change in how I look or that number on the scale!! I really like this one guy and he always stares at me and I always feel like he's thinking to himself "Eww, look at how fat the ugly b***h is, no one would ever go out with her!". You and I both sound like we are desperate for weight loss help!! If anyone sees this comment and has a quick weight loss secret please tell me!! P.S. I am 12 years old and I'm 165lbs.

im 5'8 boy weight about 200 pounds and im 12 and thanks for the tip ill try that and it rain in pompano alot so idk what could i do and how do u exusise for 3 hour i did for about 20min

I'm twelve and I weigh 118 pounds. School is starting soon and I am worried. Last year I felt bad about myself. In p.e. when they weighed us my BFF weighed like 85-90 pounds and my other friends weighed  less than 100 and I weighed 110. I felt terrible. Now I've gained 8 pounds, and I feel worse! In the summer I've tried different things. I've tried dieting, vomiting, not eating, and constant exercise. My mom says that girls grow out then up. She says she got really skinny soon after she got her period and got hips. I've goten my period, and I've deffinatly got hips. But it's been , like, a month since I got hips, and I've barley grown. I'm turning 13 next month and I'm going out for a birthday bash with my BFF at a water park hotel sort of thing since we were born only 11 hours apart. And like I said earlier she is a few inches shorter than me, but weighs only 90 pounds. And my being 118 and 5". I feel VERY uncomfortable in a bikini, although I want to wear one. I want to be like the other girls. I want to be skinny. I want boys to look at me the way that they look at the other girls. I want to have Boys like me.i feel very fat and chubby every time I look in the mirror even though my friends and family tell my otherwise. I have spent many hours just crying and spending time thinking about how I look. I can't go anywhere without constantly readjusting my clothes or thinking about what others are thinking. I can't help think that they think im fat, chubby, disgusting, chunkey, short, ugly, and nasty.i am scared. I have felt so terrible that I have had unspeakable thoughts.

So I just turned 12, like today and I relize it more and more everyday the reason i'm so shy and you won't see me doing crazy things like the rest is because of my weight people say i'm not fat just chubby and the reason people don't see me smile is because of my weight, it's taken over my life and i want to lose it so i can be "free" i guess. I don't really know my weight but i think it's around 130-140 ish and i'm about 5'0 i just want an easy way to lose weight fast and right now it's the winter, so i can't really ride a bike though even if i wanted to i couldn't because i don't know how

I know how you feel. I am 5ft and I'm 135 and I hate it. I once tried starving myself. I stopped but now I'm eating healthy and getting plenty of exercise.

Your are not fat!!! I promise you, and your mom is right my mom says the same thing to me all the time, it's normal to feel insecure about your body at this age but some people say that it's not in your geens but it all depends on your geens from your family, I want to loose weight to I do dance 2 hours a week and excersise every day also I eat healty and drink lots of water so if you just keep exercising and eating right then u should be loosing weight is no time ~hope this helped~
