i have patient with amenorrhea which is primary but have four childrena

what do yuo say?

Probably spontaneous conception due to intermittent non-predictive ovulation. Probably the only 4 times she ever ovulated she conceived as she would have been having regular sex with her husband and using no contraception. Rare, but non unknown.

Not as rare as you think. My grandmother had 4 children and had exactly 8 periods until she had a hysterectomy at 35. My mother had 2, and goes 7-10 months between. I had 1 at 23, after not having a period for over 2 years.

It really depends on the cause of the amenorrhea, but many people with the condition do get pregnant naturally or with very minimal assistance.

I agree with you entirely on amenorrhea that "many people with the condition do get pregnant naturally or with very minimal assistance."
What is more rare is when people get pregnant a few times with no periods at all. In other words, they only ovulate (say) 4 times, and get pregnant 4 times.
