I know i weigh 106.0 Ibs and im 12, and i need to lose a lot of weight you see....cuz other wise im going to fail p.e. yes that's right we are judged on our weight at my school.....I've lost 6 Ibs in 9 weeks! :-D just by doing 40 sit ups and 40 push ups each night and running at least 4 times a week (try your best to run a mile each time you run) and then of course just first start off simple on watching what you eat like take away soda for a month, and keep on taking off unhealthy things each month and you'll lose the weight...YOU CAN DO IT!!! IF I CAN SO CAN YOU!!!

look i'm 13 years old and i weigh like 36 or 37 you got to be focused on what you eat try push ups, go for a walk with your friends sometime and most importantly DO NOT EAT MEAT try eating lean meat like chicken and some kind of fish.Do not eat stuff that has a lot of oil like potateos they make your butt and breasts big right now i'm really skinny and i'm trying to get fat everyone here in my school makes fun of me because of my legs "chicken legs" i'm sooooOoooOoo skinny and i hate it!!!

i am 12 (120 lbs) and i am too trying to loose wieght. i am 5ft 3in and it's really hard for me especially when my family members and/or friends are eating dessert or something i really like. i really feel awkward when i am around some girls in my grade that are super skinny. People dont really make fun of me but i swear that people always look at my stomach. lots of my friends are super supportive and when im around they usally eat fruits or veggies to help me feel better. but to help all the people who need it:
-they say that everyday you should drink water in the amount of half of what you wiegh in oz. so i drink 60 oz. of water each day and it really helps!
-also all that stuff about only eating a certain amount of calories is bull. you should stay under a certain amount (ask your doctor) but the real problem is carbs and sugar. limit them!!!!
-one of the worst problems is high fructose corn syrup!!!!!!! Read ingrediants on nutrition facts and try to stay away from that as much as possible
-even though i say that you shouldnt worry as much on calories as people do you shouldnt not drop them at all. to help that you can use negative calories! there are a lot of fruits and veggies that use more calories to disolve than it is. so say you eat an apple that is 80 calories, it would take about 20 extra calories to burn so you would loose 20 calories! if you want to lean more about that look at neggative calorie diets on google!
- Another problem is that some people eat 3 meals a day with a lot of snacks in between (me). you should have 6 smaller meals a day with 3 of them being negative calorie foods!
-you should get 1 hr. in of excersize everyday so before or after each of your 6 small meals, go on a 10 min. walk or run.
-once your healtheir life habbits are more stable, try being around people eating desserts and things so you are used to being able to say no to yourself. with that treat yourself once a week so you keep on looseing and not gaining!

i get it im kind of the same my friend laugh at me but i still fell good just wach your calories exsersies and have fun with it.Join sports that you like have a good time with it. lossing wait can be bad but not horibble. If you like tell people to go on a diet or (lossing pounds expirience).just belive you can do it and you can just remember one thing si se pude or you can do it.

I have the exact problem im 12 yrs old and im about 170 lbs and i need 2 get rid of this weight cuz i dnt feel good about myself at all :'( And i play sports softball and volleyball and eat healthy and sometimes go 2 the gym wit my parents i guess i need 2 go more. WOAH.... omg i am 12 too and i weigh about 140 it sucks right? i dont look like it all my friends say you look like your 110 i say hahaha thanks but you know what its hard to ignore what other people think because its human nature.... i am a great singer but every time i get up on a stage to sing i wonder what everyone will think because im fat. everyone (my friends) say im not and they weigh about 95 pounds and i wish i was them but i weigh more then my mom and im taller then her shes is about 110 and i am like 30 pounds more then her and it sucks! i wish me and her could trade bodies some how but i can't. i play soccer and no body makes fun of me im pretty good and have alot of friends on my soccer team it is great you should try. i play against alot of fat people and they have tons of friends on their team! wooooowwww i cant believe someone is going through the same promblem i am, same with me most of my friends are way smaller then me and this one girl she eats and eats and eats junk food and she sooo skinny!!!! I dnt get it..... And im in travel softball and im reallyy good and in the winter i do volleyball. So im pretty healthy. And this girl used to make fun of me sayin tht im fat and stuff but i jst ignore her.... i am 12 now and i absoloutly hate my weight i tried everything because i ate alot, i am 10pounds, its disguisting i am trying everything i have lost 1pound so far and the key is to cut down on eating between meals, my brothers tease my weight and i get upset so just do what i do okii x
