I am 12 to and I used to be 170 lbs but now I've very successfully lost 64 lb now I'm a manageable 106. I know how hard it is to be overweight and how annoying it is when everyone says your to young to worry about it. It toke me like 3 months or so so its not super fast but its as fast as I think is healthy what worked for me is just not eating junk food and doing a calorie count and making sure it always under or at 2000 calories. I also did something weird. I tried wheat free! wheat is very fattening. I didn't know that!!!!! well I just went by that and my weight went rapidly down. well hope that helps. bi bi :-D

same here but i weigh 110 and well ive been feeling really bad about myself because well really i tried to stick to a plan i exersised but i cant stop eating junk food plus my mom makes like super greasy meals so i try to avoid them and ive done so much research and i just finisheded jogging an i feel good  and also heres sp far what i collcted
1.no candies (will risk diabeties when your overweight)
2.school eat somrthing nice and healthey
3.no foods after 6
4.if you snack alot then eat fruits or veggies
5.LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER
6.pass burgers pizza ect.  donuts mcdonalds burgerking in an out and fries stuff like that
7.exersice (sit ups for 30 min and if you can run for an 1 each week ONLY IF YOU CAN but if you cant then 20 min a day will do
8.no more than 2000 calories each day ;) good luck hopefully ill help

I know how you feel its sad and irritating im a 12 year old girl im depressed i feel like starving myself that isnt right my older sister tells me ill loose weight when i get my period i wish to wear bikini's and its kinda pathetic but iv never had a boyfriend because im so depressed i act weird to make people laugh to help me laugh and it helps a bit but every boy in my school calls me fatass or fatty or tells me go keep eating you burger and fries it makes me super sad is it true ill loose weight when i get my period?

i kno it is hard but think of it this way muscle ways more than fat ;) and besides ur r still young and ur r still growing ur prob just have not grown out of ur baby fat yet

Look i am a 12 year old girl and i way 120 but my friends don't care. Sure i want to loose some weight but for your and my age all we need to do is cut back on the food we eat not to hard.  all you need to do also is to find some good friends to support you and don't care about your age!

I know exactly how you fill, i am 12 i weigh 130 lbs!!! I am trying to lose weight kuz i also have a huge crush on a guy too. the thing is that I cant wear any good clothes nothing tight otherwise i look very gross and it hurts me. I am in so much pain because I keep growing out of my pants. I have gone through 9 Sizes in a year!!! i get in tears hwne i look down and see my belly.

im 12 and i weigh 130lb. I'm 5ft 8 so quite tall for my weight but i used to have exactly the same problem. when i was 10, i was 5ft 6 and 150lb.

Then i started rowing. If u row regularly and for an hour a day it does not take long to c the results! believe me! if u row in the gym on a rowing machine or at home if u have a rowing machine at home,then it will help looooads! the great thing about rowing is that you can eat loads,but you will always burn it off!

I'm almost 12 and I'm kinda overweight (110) but I LOOK more overweight than I am anyways I say u should eat less (NOT anorexic less though, just like ur going on a diet) excise more and drink LOTS of water. I heard that warm water is best. Also if u have a wii then u should get wii fit. I have it and it works MIRACLES!!!!!!! So anyways I understand y ya wanna lose weight just dont do it 4 some guy.........do it 4 urself. Ps it depends on ur height if ur overweight

all you really need to do is work out youve only been doing it in a week nothings going to happen im 12 years old and i USED to weight 130 pounds now i weigh 105 what a normal 12 year old should weigh do alot of cardio got to the gym join swimming, best sport to lose weight and have a diet plan.... watch what you eat and dont starve yourself that makes you bloat :)

I am in the same situation I am a 12 year old male and I currently weigh approximentaly 133lbs. I weighed about 140 about 2 months ago but i lost some weight! And I wanted to tell you how... I loved jumping on the trampoine and I started jumping for about an hour a day! And then the next day about 2 hours a day! And now I jump about 3 or 4 hours a day! And it always helps to have a friend jumping with you. You and your friend can make up games. I play baseball and basket ball but my weight slows me down! So i started to jump and ocasionaly swam a little bitt so I ended up getting about 4 hours of exercise! I also relized the time I was exercising I wasnt eating! And I stricly only drink water. And only got one portion of food! That was my main problem! And now I have gotton so good on the trampoline I can do back hand spring front hand springs front and back flip full and aerials! I have so much fun and at the same time Im exercising! I hope this helps:-D!

im 12 yrs old and i am 165. i know thats a lot. Everyone says they wish they had my body, and i tell them no u dont. my body is very weird, I LOOK AWESOME IN A BIKINI. but i still want to lose weight. WHAT SHOULD I DO?????

i am 12 years old too. i wiegh about 150 i am 5'7 (very tall if u ask me) i always tell my mom that im fat but she says im not. wich i know i am. one time me and my friends were playing wii fit and it asks yor wieght so i lied because i was embarassed and put 130ish and my two other friends were put into unhealthy weight and i was put into healthy wieght and that was really embarassing.they r about 5;3 and 5'4  and wigh about 100 and it is very depressing because all of them wear  tight shirts and i wear tshirts because i look bad in tight ones. and when my clothes dont fit anymore i give them to my friends  :'(. i am also sad because they all have boyfriends . they are the same hieght as their boyfriends but no one is the same hieght as me at my school and i feel left out :( some one pease help me :(

im 12 years old I look at myself in the mirror not that fat but i turn to the side my whole body lookes 50 times bigger with strech mark on my hips it was gettin out of control

So I stopped eattin c**p and started to eat the good things like fruit and veggies,exersizing after and before school but i gotta say its borin but at least im losin some fat a day
