Hi I am 12 yrs old and I have a wedding to go to in a month. I am 155.5 lbs and i want to lose weight. Some people say go on a diet and some say cut down on eating etc. I dont know what to do. I just want to lose weight fast(mostly by my thigh area). Someone plz help figure out how to lose weight FAST. imreally desperate:-(

from the age of about 8 to 10 i was VERY over weight.i went to a program in school, called the Traffic light Program.It helped me lose weaight by talking about my issues to other kids with weaight issues tooo.I learned that its not just a Phisical Problem its actualy MORE SO an emotanal Problem as well.Its about 20% a Phizical Issue...and 80% a mental/imotanal issue.i am an imotanal eater.I used to eat when i felt sad/mad or bord...i have lost the feeling of sad/mad eating..but i must edmit..i do eat out of bordum and i am well at advoyding/dealing/reststing it. at 11 i was still chubby but then i started working out and cutting out LOTS of junk to a minnimal of 2 bad foods a day(from traffic light program).i eat a lot less now becuse i have overcome lots of emotanal issues.i do not eat junk every day.I am insainly insucure about my weaight/overall me!that is some of my baggige.i am in the end of 7th grade.i will turn 13 in September.About 5 month ago i started working out and eating (right) allmoste every day.Now i ABSOLUTLY HAVE MY SLIPPS!!wether its with friends or at my moms house of fantastec fatty foods...i do eat unhealthy.Now i have learned to somewhat to maintain that.i mostly exersize every night exept about a month ago i stopped and rely ate whater i wanted...However i did not gain any.the end of last month and the beginnig of this mouth i have relly strssed exersizing and done it to a very full extent.i have learned to like exersizing.my basic rutean is (1).dance to warm up.(2).do my abbs for 2 minuts streaght.(3).leggs/hips of a count to 60 movements on each side.(4).60 alternated (reg./modified)push ups.(5).then i finnish with a strech.I DO NOT RECEMEND TO DO THIS IF YOU ARE NOT USED TO EXERSIZING DAILY OR NOT VERY FIT!if so its good do strech,look up exersizes to fit your body,and take it nice and slow.i find that when i exersiz i dont eat as much so i dont wory about my diet..[streching is important to avoid ingery and keep muscle from getting smaller
i have a MAJOR sweettooth!and i freekin L-O-V-E burgrgers and fryes!but i relly have lerned to absolughtly enjoy and love nereshing healthy foods!!!i think some of my unconfedence comes from being (unpopular)i have never had a boyfriend.But i wouldnot say i am ugly(not trying to be self ubsorbed)i think i have a very beautifle face!but no guys like me:-) ...so i think..now my body is not compleatly fat but how shuld i put this...its aquward!i do have a tonned/flabby stomach from only being 5 months in to dayly exersizing..but its not compleatly hidius..i sopos its avreg..but i would like to have a flat/(skinny) stomach/body!i do think im on my way but i some what of a way to go...
MY WORD OF ADDVICE from battleing weaight issues for all theas years(haha i make it sond as if i am old)
1.DONT BE SO DAMN HARD ON YOUR SLEF!this will only make it worse and when you are stressed or wored about gaining weaght you tend to gain more!
2.find the root of why your over weaght..(no,if your thinking"duhh,becuse i eat like a fat pig!''this definatly is not the root(the root is the emotanal issue)i garente that if you A.see a tharepistB.talk to someone you trust(mom,dad,sister,bro,frend,teacher,ect.) or C.exept/undrstand you issues(by talking about it)you will drop the absolute moste weaight!
3.EXERSIZE DAYLY!weather its walking,going to the gym,working extra hard at phiz ed,or geting a haird core workout from Jilean michals!you MUST be active!!!!!streching is important to avoid ingery and keep muscle from getting smaller
4.EAT (RIGHT) THE (RIGHT) WAYY!You MUST not deprive you self of sweets/fat in your diet(meaning the way you eat every day NOT changing it for a short amout of time just to lose weaight.)if you eat ONLY (good)food you are bound to eat a tun of SUGAR/FAT at one sometime[!LOTS OF VEG/FRUTES!!!!!!]-ABSOLUTLY IMPORTANT!!!!
5.WATER,WATER,WATER!!!!less soda/juce the better but this dose not mean not to have none, just simply dont have it every day:)also it restores you A-T-P(the stuff that bulds muscle/bone and that makes you fit.)
6.Sleep!zZzZzZz-IF YOU DONT REST, YOU WILL BE STRSSED!stress=over endolging=Fat!also you must be well rested to functon!! this is as inportant as moving when you exersize!
7.LOVE YOUR SELF!<3 <3 <3 Be confedent!i know that its SOOO easy to sayy compared to how hard it is to do...but you must cary yourself well!:)
