I understand 100% I am 12 and weigh 150 pounds, I am 5ft and 1in tall. I am so afraid of what people would think if I told them how much I weigh. I wear my baggy sweatshirt every day at school because I am ashamed, I also suck my stomach in. I hate how adults say your way to young to be worrying about this, but I wanna be confident in my body. I see all those skinny girls and I feel like c**p, I have thought about suicide in the past because I think I am not good enough. My mom is the only one who knows about it and she suggested I get help but I dont wanna tell a stranger all my secrets. The thought scares me, but I know I need it. I was in gymnastics for 7 years but I had to give it up because of an injury. So what I am saying is that I NEED to worry about my weight because it affects so much other things in my life. I NEED help.

- have a light breakfast, and have lunch only, and do not eat until ur about to throw up, no , leave some space for food in your tummy
- when the weather is not cold, like in spring and summer, you could wake up in the morning, jog , walk, run and exercise a little, you could do that before you could even go to school
- you have to back off from chocolate, push yourself to healthy food, like vegetables and fruits
THAT'S ALL U GOTTA DO ! AND TRUST ME IT'LL WORK OUT ;-)
