I have the same problem. You should drink water instead of pop and when ur hungrie eat an apple because it help with all the water and juice also try to eat 1 before you eat dinner,lunch....it helps you feel full. And try walking home from school. Like it takes me an half an hour to get home then i do workout for 30 mins so its faster. Also dont diet, but watch ur daily intake and calries and try to eat something healthier. I lost 4 pnds so far in this week, but i ate popcorn and doritoes over the weekend and i gained like 3,so like try to keep ur eating steady or else u will loose but then like me gain it all back. And the truth is that no1 likes fat people and i know that cuz i am. Also it helps u feel much better outside and in. Just remeber you can do it but im not lying 2 u itz gonna be hard but we can do it and we will :)

i know these were posted over a year ago but my best friend died from anorexia and belemia when her and i were just 12. she had the same problem you all had and if its not too late just like one of the guests said its not whats on the outside but the inside. I now its seems stupid to you all now but its true. I know that advice is useless so I'm not gonna tell you something you already heard. It is tough being 12 in 2012 (or last year 2011) you have so much more to struggle with and honestly I'm proud of those on here who blogged and were doing the right thing. Its not too young to be worried about weight it never is its just how YOU handle the problem or situation
stay strong all of you 12 year olds! i was one and my dear friend, god rest her soul, did the same thing for a boy and honestly i wish i could slap that boy because all he did was make fun of her and the earthquake girl if your still on here let me tell you something. Everyone could me Zeus because i had thunder thighs...
i was naive and foolish and though i was aware of her anorexia and belemia i didn't want to control her life and didn't know it was so bad
plus i let those people get to me and they still do
its almost impossible not to and if they do get to you don't let them ruin your life and make all of their nagging and quick comebacks worth it
they can try and tear you down all you want but only you have the power to let it affect u only u can tear yourself down and ONLY YOU can build yourself back up again

I know exactly how you feel I struggle with the same thing. I have been exercising for about a month and I have lost like only 3-4 lbs and I really need to lose more fast summer is coming and I'm getting a pool so I NEED a bikini body! All my friends tell me I'm skinny but that doesn't motivate me, cuz I know I'm not no matter what ppl tell me I still know I'm FAT! And I have a brother who constantly tells me how fat I am and he makes up names for me like elephant whale and today he made a really mean joke he he said horses eat a lot of carrots and I was like no duh its a horse and he said to me ya but you don't eat carrots...idk if you got that but he called me a horse. Well anyways all we have to do is keep working really hard and you will get results just eat right and exercise ALOT. Being lazy and eating junk food won't get you any where just try and believe in yourself that you can do it and you will. This is what I do I picture myself skinny and how pretty I will be and how I will have a boyfriend and it motivates me. All I have left to say is TRY!!!!

i agree because when your an adult its harder to lose weight and to get skinny i weight about 115 and everyday i workout and i do sit ups push ups pull ups and other stuff but it is taking a while dont worry youlll get skinny and lose some weight! :)

ok hey im the same age as you and i know how to lose weight really fast i use to weigh 168 now i weigh 110 so its simple steps drink lots of water like 200 oz because when you dont your body trys to hold on to it causeing you to become more bigger also eat 6-8 meals day to keep your body moving and also if you eat and then excersies then it will get you skinny so also if you have big thighs then there some easy steps you can look it up on google;-)
