I am 12 years old and i used to weigh 163 pounds. I was very self concious. One day i asked my parents if they would pay me 1,000 dollars if i went without sugar (candy, jam, syrup, sugary stuff, soda, etc.) i got the idea from a friend. I have gone more than 6 months without sugar. I have lost 16 pounds. I have not changed the amount I eat. I stilll it some chips her and there. If you want to loose even more i recommend not eating so much for a meal. For example eating cereal just eat one bowl instead of two, or just take firsts, not seconds. I hope this helps you!! I've been on the same situation when I was younger. exercising wouldn't help me either. I have grown bigger when I entered marriage life. True that those horrible experience of being bullied just by being fat still haunts me even when I am no longer fat. Losing weight is never easy. There too many options out there and one I chose is to use a diet pill. i wanted to control my eating especially when I am emotionally disturbed so I bought a bottle of an appetite suppressant called prescopodene. Prior to my purchase, i asked a fitness expert and a doctor about taking weight loss supplements. I was told that I wouldn't know if I won't try it. This worked for me and my mom. We did this together. It is best to do it with some one. Try not to eat more than 1200 calories a day. Except for fruits and veggies those are freebies. And yes you can have 0 calorie, and caffeine free sodas. As soon as you get up exercise for 30-60 a day i lost 4 pounds in a week but i cheated 3 of those days . My mom lost 5 pounds 1 week and 1 pound the other. 1 more thing be confident

starving urself is not healthy at all! I would say in the morning eat a healthy breakfast,take a walk,work out. That's what I doIn at lunch eat a healthy lunch,and walk off the weight u just ate:) And then at dinner u deserve a break:) sit down with ur family and watch a movie or something:) and if u want snacks,eat healthy snacks such as; celery,apples,ect. I used to drink soda and not so much water, but now all I drink is water:) try this,and if it doesn't work....I'm sorry. Good luck!

I am 154 lbs at 5 foot 2 inches .People say im not fat for my height .My family says when i grow to 5 foot 7 inches i my belly will stretch out .But i have 5 inches left so intill then im trying to eat healthy but when i do it i only do it for a day . My family says im a compulsive eater and i am. I eat when i am bored . But i will have cereal in the morning and Turkey sand wich for lunch. But when it comes up to dinner i start to eat more than usally .So i started to not have unhealthy snacks .For Breakfeast i had cereal and for lunch i had two turkey and cheese sandwiches at 1:00. It is 4:48 pm and i have not ate anything since 1:00.People also tell me always have 3 meals and a healthy snack per day but i have no healthy snacks here. People also tell me to have meals 3-4 hours apart so i am starting today.See the reason why im trying to loose weight is beause first im chubby and i want to be able to get bikini body for summer so please give me some tips or tell me where i can go look at to see tips. Also i swim every day and nothing helps.

alright first of all don't starve yourself it doesn't help because not eating you will not be able to excersize and all you will do is gain weight second of all to lose weight you need to start out with some light excersise and less junk food then gradually do tougher excersise and eat healthier you won't notice a difference but if you keep to it and make it routine you will gradually see the pounds just fall off. get support from your family and friends. i had your same problem and my mom dieted with me and i lost about 10 pounds in 2 weeks just keep this in mind

hey, I'm a 12 yr old girl, 133 pounds, 5ft 2in. I want to lose weight also, best way to do this is to work out, drink more water, eat 3 healthy meals a day, not a lot but enough. Keep confidence, he'll with the girls insults, stand up for your self, now don't kill anybody ^^ just have confidence and don't let them see that they tear your pride down. we all hate seeing skinny girls in bikins at th beach but don't worry, we r in puberty which makes us get fatter easier, but we can lose weight, if we do these things. First of all- don't starve yourself! That will make your metabolism slow down and will make you gain weight when you do eat!
Second- eat Breakfest! Your body will be hungry after your usual 8 hour sleep!
Third- don't eat after 6:00 . Because that's when you slow down, meaning you get tired, and sit down more often.
Fourth- most importantly excersise, maybe go for a jog with your friends so you don't feel so insecure! Try out for some sports, or even if you don't like doing that go on a diet! Eat healthy, when you go shopping with you family, choose some healthier foods!
Another is to set a schedule, eat a certain times of the day, so your body doesn't get confused!
And another thing is, and I know it's sounds weird, cut down on dairy! Look up what I mean cause it's helped me.
I use to weigh 178pounds, I hated, certain clothes, I would starve myself and maybe even eat more cause I gave up.
But trust me don't give up! It works :)
