i stopped drinking sodas 4.5 years ago and i lost like 20 pounds. Sadly i gained the weight back from chocolate and i have tried every diet and exercise in the world to loose my weigh, i weigh 140 pounds and i am only 5 foot 3 and i feel ugly. i would like to weigh 100.

I have that problem too im 11 years old and i weigh 106 i try to lose 20 pound but it just never works. the worst part is i hate vegtables the moment it goes into my mouth i just want to spit it out. But I never give up thats all u really need hope dont think about people calling u fat think the positive things and u can always count on your friends. But if u really want to just like my i try to eat no more than 1000 calories and im going to try eating vegtables and more fruits and excerise more. But all i really need is to believe in myself just like you have to believe in yourself too.;-)

bread before you sleep it will make you gain

I agree shoot for something low and also even though you think you should have seen some change after that much time exercising for about the first three days to a week you will hardly loose anything at all or nothing. The same thing a happened to me but then the next week working out for the same amount of time I lost 5 pounds (if you follow the same routine in the second week you should have a larger weight loss and then be on 2 or 3 pounds lost a week). Also make sure you are doing the right exercises for your problem areas and always start with cardio. Try to cut out as much carbs and junk food as you can and make sure than sugary sweets are only an occasional treat. Good luck and remember 1. exercise for YOUR body 2.cut out the bad things (fats, carbs,sugar etc.) and take in the good (veggies, fruits, fiber, protein etc.) 3. finally get lots of sleep. I hope this works and stay confident!!

Hey , I know how it is I am 12 too and im pretty much normal at school yes i have haters but people will talk about you all your life just don't feed into it and everything will be alright. im Overweight 136lb i lost 9 pounds lastweek i do sports and i take my running serious im like the 2nd fastest runner at school but its just one thing people call me fashionable but my feeling inside are very insecure. I get called beautfuil and stuff but i don;t believe it i want to loose the weight about atleast to be 103lb to feel good bout myself and its my fault because my whole life i was never fat im in 7th grade and i have guyfriends they like me just the way i am but i don't so im going through this weight loss thing im planing

Hey! No need to struggle, Im 12 and weigh 154.9 which I'm very very sad about fortuneatly! Theres a thing called exsercise do it everyday after school, Before Bed, and Drink lots of water lay of carbs so pretty much every thing a Human Being could want Carbs and mostly Dough and Wheat and Sugars and sodium! i know how you feel im 12 and im worried to about what people think about me my mum is telling me to loose wait so is my brothers so dont take it personally and carry on with ur life you just imagine how many fat there is in crisps burgers cookies and even milk just try to have atleast one crisp a week and run for 3hrs a week and drink plenty of water try not to get to over carried away and have 3 meals a day no more and a snack not snacks like crisps snacks like fruit and veg and just be proud

you should stop worrying about your weight thats just gonna make you more discouraged and eat more plus gain more. you should exercise for fun and whatever other people say about you just be like oh please no ones perfect!!! Water weight also gives you five extra pounds in stomach fat so try to drink nothing ut water for a week or two and you will see pretty good result. What i do to exercise is i run five ks and yes i run them the whole thing but walking at a good pace is also concidered awesome exercising! My last tip is to tell your parents about your problem if you have and they said dont worry about it just say mom or dad i need to lose weight just a little to feel more confident about myself so they will probably saw ok fin. tell them to buy lots of fruits and veggies! no dairy though that gives you a lot of sugar in your body and sugar turns into fa!! So follow my tips and in about two to three weeks you should look great! and P.S. i had this problem to. i used to weigh 104 pounds and im only ten! but now i weigh 75 so dont feel like your the only one who has this problem im still a little fat but i feel good about myself at least and after this you should to.

hi i'm 11 and i was trying to figure that out i only way 53 and i want to lose some weight well my aunty bought me this drink it is really good it makes you eat less because the drink itself makes you full so every time at dinner i drink it and i eat less and i lost my belly it is completely i play netball so that helps and after netball i do some fitness with my aunty she got this dvd that helps you exercise it really does help if you cut down on your junk :) :-)

Look I have the same problem be strong, and think from ur mind to ur toes it is the best way I know you could do it girl u have the power am 12 my mom is like pushing me everyday and my sister's wedding is soon and am going to die my mom said If I don't become 130 by that time. And if I don't am going to wear anything from the house and am killing myself so girl we got it hope you lose weight and date that kid that you love

Hello! Well I am 12 years old too. I have the same problem somehow just less kilos, I'm about 47 kilos and I really need to make nicer legs for summer (far away, just starting from now from better results). Next year I'm starting middle school and I really wanna make a new start : maybe you can help me people?
