I'm only 11 and i weigh 135lbs I'm 5 foot 3 and a half, I play some sports but not many. I don't have any friends. Everybody ditched me because of my weight gain. I'm going to Englande this summer on my own to visit family, and I want to make a good impression on my second cousin. I know family doesn't judge you but cause of my past I'm extremely insecure. I want to get down to atleast 100 lbs in the next 37 days. I am tall but fat, and I need help!

I am a 12 year old girl and weigh 150 lb and 5 ft tall. But people say I look like 100 lb. Otherwise I have a flat stomach. My physical says my weight is normal. But I am trying to get to 100 lb by the end of summer. I have a big butt and thighs and wear a size 6 in womens pants but around the waist its to big so i have to put on a belt. I can bench press 300 lb with my legs though. I am well-built. And I wanted to lose weight. Please Help. Thank You

Trying to lose 50 pounds would not be healthy for you by any means.
1. You are likely in puberty or about to be. You need to maintain a certain level of calories and diet to develop properly - such as to maintain your period and develop.
2. You are still growing.
3. Your physical says your weight is normal. The ideal weight is more than a number it considers your body mass.
4. 50 pounds to lose in 4 months is to fast and could be very dangerous to your heart in particular.
5. Muscle weighs more than fat per a given mass. If you can bench 300 you are definitely muscular. Muscle burns calories.
6. Check out - google "Body Dysmorphic Disorder." It is VERY common in young women.

I have the same problem. I am 12 years old and weigh 101 pounds. All my friends say I'm super skinny. But I have a friend that has a 4 pack and shes the same age as me. I've been doing 15 situps, 15push ups, 30 jumping jacks, 15 balances, and 15 jump up toe touches.

you need to just stick to it i was 145 pounds at 12 and i lost it by not eating as much and exercizing alot dont care what other people say cause you may be fat but always remember there ugly and you can loose weight:)
