Okay so I'm 12 also and I want to lose weight. What I've been doing for the last week is before eating any meal drinking 2 glasses of water, this will fill you up so you won't eat as much. For breakfast I've been eating a small bowl of muesli and half an apple. For morning tea/recess or whatever you call it I've been having an orange but before I have an orange I have been having half a bottle of water. For lunch I have been having a salad with cucumber, apple and lettuce, also before I have had my lunch I've had the other half of my drink bottle. After school I try to avoid any food but if I'm starving have an orange. For dinner I've had 2 glasses of water and a small bowl of chicken without the skin. If I get tempted I go outside and play basketball, it gets you distracted and it won't make you hungry any more. Having a diet like this will help you lose weight fast but might take some time to get in the wing of it! I hope this helps! xoxo

basically eat a lot of fruit and vegtables and try and skip snacks and deserts and also do a lot of sport !!

I tottaly understand! Im chubby, no lie, and all my friends are like "you look great or u look fine, ur not fat" ADVICE: dont ask friends, what they think about something that is on physical appearance. Yes they are ur friends but they lie, they say that to be nice, thats why they are your friends, because they are kind... trust me i know ;)

I know how you feel. I ahet looking in the mirror. I tell my friends im fat but they only say no cause they are being nice. Im 180 and im only 12. We just gotta cut down on the sweets and exercise. Diets harldly ever work. I've tried. Just take a picture of the bathing suit!Then post it where u will always c it, so when u go to get a fatning snack. U will b reminded why you want to lose weight in the first place and have extra strength to pull away. Good luck!

first of all eat less and exercise more your energy output has to be bigger than your energy intake so eg if you eat 900 calories a day you would have to burn 1200 a day to notice results fast you would lose about 9900 cals a month good luck i have the same problem but im a boy plus im 12 and a half and only weigh 94 lbs
