I'm younger than you.... and I weigh more right now... I'm turning twelve in a few months.... ugh I saw this was posted over year ago... did you lose the weight and if so how? Please respond... thanks

I'm 5'5 and people are so mean:( like really mean I'm 160 pounds and I've gained like 30 within two years and sometimes I think suicide it's an answer... I'm active, I eat good now what? Can you help??? You seem pretty... you know

Losing weight is tough because you csannot eat many of the foods you like. If you want to lose weight go run and bike trust me it works. I already lost 5 pounds this week. You should eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 meals. If you do not eat it does not help. First you feel bad and then you dont lose weight in the end. Your body goes into starvation mode and holds on to the fat. The three things you need to do is exercise, eat healthy, and drink water. If you follow these 3 steps then you'll be in that bikini in to time!

HI! im also 12 years old but listen i was really fat before but when i joined all my sports team which i love and enjoy doing i began losing weight! now im 32 kgs! so look ill tell you a schedule i used- come from school at 3:55 1 hour finish my homework, 1 hour learn my stuff, half an hour i play sports with my friends like racing, catch me if you can, e.t.c basically exercise games then 1 hour i run all around our building garden (and trust me its huge!) then i come home i eat my normal dinner but if i eat something like 3 pieces of cake, i skip my dinner and make up an excuse and tell my parents;-)XD! like that i used this routine everyday but at least twice a week i also added a phew more exercises like push ups even though i could never do it since 3 years:$ but anyways... good luck! hope you too can lose so much weight OH AND YEAH!:-) before i was like... 57... DON'T TELL ANYONE! and now i am 32! hah! last i weighed it a month ago and the practice is still going on guess how much i lost again! :-P OK... i talk way too much so i wont bore you anymore! BYE!!!!!!!!!! <3<3<3

Hi!!!

i have the same problem, i am 102pounds and i am quite short, summer is coming up and all i want to do is get a flat stomach and maybe some abs, my plan is to cut down on the fast and fatty food and also do about 100 squats, 50 crunches and 50 push up's everyday... hope this helped :)

exactly you need to have some confidence i am 12 and i am about 20 pounds over weight and i still wear bikini's and yes i do worry about people making fun of me but remember you are beautiful in the inside and out .....and if your friends make fun of you because you are over weight then they are not your true friends.:)

i feel u. i am 12 almost 13 and i weigh about 156 pounds and most of my school is skinny. and im the fat stack. i hate it. i worked out for a month and didnt eat breakfast or lunch and my dad made me eat dinner.

it's ok just try excercising some mMorris also have the same problem, just try eating healthy and excercising.  Good luck!!:)

Don't worry I weigh 150 even though I really don't look like I weigh that much but go and but a cami it really helps and I have this really cute bikini and I am not giving up until I can wear it so drink up to 8 bottles or cups a day and listen to motivating music when you do crunches and sit-ups and go walking when you get off enough weight you can run the rest off but I really hope I was able to help HAVE HOPE DON'T Give!!!!!!!!

Yeah, thats what i also feel. even my relatives are teasing me, and they are asking me why i dont want to come with them when they are going somewhere like mall. because what i think is everybody thinks im ugly fat so i dont go out i just stay in house and i tried to exercise but nothing happen im also 12 years old. everynight when i think of it that they call me fat i cry :( and i dont know what to do

hey i'm around your age now and you might not need any hints but here are some anyway for some people that need it. yes all parents don't understand what it''s like when you see a cute guy but you know that your fat and no one will ever date you or even consider being friends with you.1. eat at least 3 meals a day and 2 small snacks when you go to school eat for recess an apple or a piece of fruit but NOT a banana i don't know why but i hear that they are really bad for you. for lunch eat a big whole- grain sandwich with salad and ham or the same but in a wrap that's what i do. 2. drink water all the time if your hungry then drink water. 3. exercise for 2-3 hours every day if you can't then just walk around everywhere and do some leg raises on your bed or floor. 4. use these logs to record your food on

or the eatery on your iPod, iPhone or iPad. but if you don't have an apple product then just take a photo with your phone or your camera or something like that. 5. breakfast and dinner is the hardest because if you don't want an adult or a parent to know then this is hard but just talk to them and say " i'm doing this healthy eating thing and it would help if you could help and support me please!" that's what want to say to my mum but i never get round to do it. what i do is that i eat two biscuits of weet- bix and for dinner i eat veggies if my mum isn't home or a salad if she is and eat that instead of that. 6. sleep! sleep at least 8- 10 hours sleep a night because you need energy for the next day. 7. listen to music when you exercise or watch a movie something that you know that will distract you. 8. weekends are so hard because your body isn't active it makes you want to act like you always use to eating in front of the t.v. or something like that but you have to fight it your brain isn't telling you the truth it's distracted by something that you really want to do like eat junk food. 9. watch some life changing video's like you know the biggest loser right if you don't search it now! because so useful as well as watching fat people go to slim sticks. if i left anything out reply and i'll try to help you. p.s. just by writing this down it helps me too!! also i lost 11 pounds or 5 kg with this just in two weeks so keep trying people!! :D

i also have the same problem, 185.6 ibs , 12 y/o and i want to go to the beach this year looking better then i am. its make me so depressed but i am a BIG procastinator. but from what i read i made a list and hopefully itll help most people out there! 1, GET SLEEP! Sleep is probably a big advantage in weight gain. Less sleep, less time to digest and get rid of your previous food. 2, DONT EAT PAST 7 PM! This is a HUGE problem teens have. They feel the need to eat, and if they eat past 7 its all fat. Drink water and try to push through it till the morning but dont starve yourself. If your REALLY hungry, go get a banana or fruit. 3, DONT SKIP MEALS! That is the WORSE way to lose weight! It makes you have headaches and stomach aches and your body needs food! Fruit is the best way to refill your hunger! 4, EAT FRUIT AND MEAT! By meat, i dont mean fatty, greasy mcdonalds mcchicken. i mean a nice tender steak or a GRILLED chicken or a turkey burger. Those all have no carbs, and carbs just turns to fat. •Fruit however is the best way to regill your hunger and keep from going hungry. When you wake up till you go to sleep, every meal should have a fruit involved. 5, DONT STRESS! Stress is a big way to get fat. I dont know why, look it up! Its a brain stimulator in which builds fat I guess! 6, DRINK A LOT OF WATER! Your water intake can do a lot in the long run. Everytime you go to the bathroom to do a number "1" it should be clear to very transparent yellow. That means your hydrated! If you replace all the soda, tea, and sugary drinks, with water, its a deffinite weight lose solution! 6, Lastly, EXERCISE! Lots of people get this wrong. For us kids, a half-hour to an hour is the way to go! For people with lots of belly fat and stretch marks do the routine listed below! •Crunches/Sit-Ups: Great way to lose belly fat and get a tone stomach. Do 15-20 continuously for great results! •Planking:Yes, this is an exercise. Do a plank and see how long you can hold it. Challenge yourself and this is also a great way to get toned for push ups! •Push-Ups:Best way to get a toned stomach and loss belly fat! If you cant do push-ups then do planks! NOW FOR LEGS! •Running/Walking: Best way. We all know how to do this. Take a half hour walk ariund your neighborhood or take a jog with your dog! ARMS •Weightlifting: Free weights is the easiest, quickest way to get muscle mass and loss bicep fat! Now if you have read this you may have a good understanding of how to do a proper weight loss routine! Please to get best results, STICK TO IT! Dont be a procastinator like me! Hopefully itll pay off for you!

hey!!i had the same prob i had 134.5lbs:'( but i joined a sport i did karate basket soccer...... i was motivated cuz i liked a guy and he called me earthquake :'(so in my head i was skinny then i started sports....... now im 48.7 lbs :D and im happy
