Theres this guy in my class called Jordan and everyone makes fun of him. hes a in a wheelchair too! everyone keeps saying to him haha your a shrimp and fat and watch out an earthquake is gonna come! I feel so sorry for him.

:Oafter every meal do about 20 crunches (sit-ups) and about 10 push ups that will help ur stomach and ur upper body and also do that shortly before u go to bed and after u wake up stick to ating protein like eggs, DRINK A LOT OF WATER.for breakfast eat eggs with a glass of mil or oj for lunch eat a salad or i low fat chicken soup .for dinner eat a lean steak with some veggies for your age bcuz im 12 to ,u need t drink abt 8 glasses of water everyyday hope this helps :)

Hi i am also trying to loose weight, i am your age too. The thing that struck me the most about your post is that you only tried doing excersice for like a week! That won't do a thing trust me! The thing to do is not worry about it because when you worry about your weight then you will want to comfort eat, that is not a good idea. Just think of it as a fun game! Maybe even get a step counter they are not that expensive but then there is a way that you can make a game out of it you could make it a competition for yourself to try to get to your goal of ... steps and then when you get there you can try to beat it.

If you are really serious about loosing the weight you rrreeeaaaalllllyy need to do wayyy morreee excersise, for theigh fat i recomend that you do about 50-60 squats a day that will really help burn that fat, for belly fat what i recomend it to do about 60 sit-ups (crunches) a day and if you keep doing that until you feel like you have burned as many cals as you want. You probably tihnk that i have finished, but nooo that is not! enough! you still sholuld go on a run, just play sports i mean we are tweleve and we are supposed to enjoy doing lots of sports anyway!

Hi I'm an 11 year old girl and weigh as much as you do. I'm 5ft3 1/2. I don't really have alot of body fat, maybe only 20lbs, I work out alot and have alot of leg muscles. I also have a bigger upper body then most girls. I understand how it's hard for you! You just got to eat healthy(lots of fruits and veggies), exercise and do some joga. Meditating might even boost your energy levels so you should try it. Don't feel bad about yourself! You should always love yourself and be proud of who you are. If that boy at your church doesnt like you because your overweight then you are too good for him!!

Sweetie u need to just relax you are a pretty girl so here Eat 5 meals a day not big small Drink lots of water Exercise for 30 minutes a day Don't eat after 9:00 pm Don't eat before 6:00 am Good luck hun! ;)

That is so true! Everyone's beautiful on the inside. You also need to believe that your beautiful, and don't say that your fat, or that the girls will laugh at you. If you say these things, they will put you down. And join a sport. I play and have played a lot of sports, and its great! I make new friends, I get to travel, but best of all, I get to play! I love sport. Here are some good sports you should try. - Netball - Basketball - Surfing - Soccer
