I know how you feel,i get teased a lot too. my sister is 19 she's losibg weight and im not! I have hard trouble choosing out clothes because of my weight! Hopefully when i try some of the ideas that people put on here,it'll help!

Hey, Just keep calm and carry on. Eveyones unique. Why not try to see the bright side of being fat. And you can tell people that your not fat but your healthy. Being healthy is fashion in a few countries

Hey I know you feel I am 195 pounds and I am 12years old but listen you're not goin to lose weight over night so what I think you should do is in the mornings or afternoons workout for 30mins to an 1hr and be smart about you're portions of food and try your hardest not to eat between meals now if you want a snack try yogurt,fruit or drink lots of water till you can drink no more thats wat I do and don't eat after 8:00.I have been doing all of this for a week and I have lost 3-4 inches and I want you to try this for a month and see wat it does for you. you can do it girl!! ;-)

Hi i amd 13 and i weigh 154 lbs i am 5ft 4, i did the folowing things and i have lost 6 lbs in my first week. First of all if that guy said that he doesnt date fat girls to your face he's propbly not worth it, secondly try drinking lots of water and also when you feel hungry have some fruit I know it's a faff tO cut up but you can always cut it up at the weekends and keep it in tuperware in the fridge so it's easy to get to. Lastly if you wanted to do some more excersice do sit-ups in bed before you get out of bed the mattress will support your back better and becuause your still sleepy you won't notice the pain. Hello, I see your problem and I'm sorry people made fun of u I'm also 12 years old and I use to be over weight.  and what I did was just eat smaller portions and if you still get hungry eat something little but healthy. And keep doing sports that really good and who cares if someone makes fun of you you do what you need todo. Hoped I helped yOu. Good luck!

Hi I know how you feel. I am twelve an I weigh 130 pounds and I get made fun of a lot. But I don't care I just ignore it. I am going on a diet. Change every drink to water and and every fatty food to healthy food. U have to do lots of excercise. U have to be consisting with your schedule. And it will help if you buy that bathing suit that you like and every time u exercise think about how good you will look in that bikini. Every time you get tempted to eat something fatty just think about how all that's doing is stretching your bikini. And u don't want to do that because its brand new. But don't rush things. It will take time to see results. Just be patient and have a lot of confidence. Confidence is the key.

yes i am also strugling im 12 and my mom said im to fat so im about 110 pounds i wanna be skinny just like my friends i dont drink sugery drinks all i drink is water every day nothing else i go to gym.I realy need help also to stay fit atleast want to lose 10 pounds so i can be 100 pounds i think 110 pounds is overweight for a 12 year old and i am also scared in the future im ganna be to fat people are ganna start laughing at me becouse of it.

Im 12 and weigh 120. And i dont want to keep hearing things like "your fine!!!" because i dont feel fine. I just want somebody to give me like a list of excercises that makes me loose a pound or somthing like this!!!! I try eating healthy but my family isnt much help, and at school i even seem to starve myself. Im almost at the point if making my self throw up. Everybody keeps saying not to worry about my weight and you know what???!!!! I want to kind of impress a guy and im to fat!! I wear kindd of big shirts so it can hide my stomach and i hate shoping for shirts so i dont have a lot of shirts to wear!! I would appreciate if someone would give me a list of workouts that could make me loose a pound, workouts i can do in secret in my room like 300 jumping jacks, and lots of other workouts

Thank you KellyInAlbany. I'm also a 12 yr old. so i super de duper love what you said to replace all of it. i will do that even if i'm Hungry i'll just drink water. if i can replace of all the soda junkfood burger etc. with just some water, i will definitely do that. THANK YOUUU.♥♥

I COMPLEATLY understand. I do a crazy amont of sports and eat healthy my mom says ur so active. Dude i even do horseback riding and honey it hurts ur legs. I realize i have a lot of friends who like me for who i am but u and me we are the same. Its hard to not get jealous of my brother who is 10 an dis 5 ft and skinny yet eats lik ea pig ! Alot of my friends r short though so i feel huge. Ine thingi have to say is dont bet ur self up i know ur saying shes just saying that but really i am 5 ft 4 in and weigh149 i feel like a loser but if u work hard it will pay off trust me
