hey im 12 and im 132 pounds im not that active im always infront of screens i always want to join something like basket ball dance volley ball in my summer vacation but my mom says yes but never do it in school when there is a sport i want to join but i cant cuz the meeting would be after school or before school and my mom would be busy in the morning and would be in work in the afternoon also she would be uncomfortable if i came and left with one of my friends when ever our school has a feild trip it would probably be like skiing or going to the raptors and play on their court and blah blah blah my friends always say u learn fast and u should join. i am not dieting i only eat what my mom gives me and between lunch and dinner i would have only one snack i dont know whats wrong my mom says i eat to much. oh not trying to be mean but dont say something like "oh im 12 also and i have the same problem so please help ." kk thanks
Try to walk a lot, do some sit ups before bed.

Hello, its a good thing that you like sport. You should tell your mom which sport you want to play and you have to be persistent about it. Dont give up if she tells you that you should not play some sport. If you dont have time in school to play sport than consider playing it on your free time at home. Get a ball or something and go to the park. Call some of your friends and play with them. I mean there are many different sports, you could be playing basketball, volleyball, swimming, tennis , football. Or anything else you like. Dont let anyone tell you what you can do, it is up to you to decide what you would like to do.

the thing to do is to find out how many calories your eating a day and subtract it by 500 and the walk on the tredmill until you have burned 500/700 calories and this should help you lose 1to2 pounds a week if you do this every day i'm 11 and i have the same problem and ive lost 5 pounds since i started doing this so if i can do it you can do it

(ps..my secret is to listen to fast music examples:LMFAO,Ke$ha,...etc

Try to walk a lot, do some sit ups before bed and also Yoga is good for fitness and losses weight.
